Alex Limoj is now officially a part of the Minsk team. The forward signed a three-year contract, thereby confirming his status as a key player on the team. In his debut season, Limoj made a significant impact on the KHL scene, setting a record for goals scored by a foreign player.
During last season, Limoj formed a highly effective scoring trio with Sam Enas and Vitaly Pinchuk. This trio became the most powerful team in the league, scoring 74 goals in 72 games. This is also the best record for any foreign player in the history of the KHL. Limoj also scored 73 goals (24 goals, 49 points), which allowed him to secure a long-term contract with the team.
Before joining the KHL, Limoj already had a impressive record of achievements. He won the Colder Cup in the AHL and the Clark Cup in the USHL. He also won the WJAC-19 championship and was named the best scorer in the NCAA during the 2018/19 season.
The club is happy to continue their partnership with one of the most talented forwards in the league.
