Fantastic football play: A shot that missed the goalpost ended up in the net, thanks to a player who was lying on the ground. In the national league of Moldova, one of the most bizarre moments in football history was recorded. In a match between “Real” and “Oghuzspорт”, a player from the visiting team scored a shot that clearly missed the goalpost. However, the ball ricocheted off the opponent’s body, who was located about ten meters away from the penalty area. After this incredible ricochet, the ball flew over the goalkeeper’s head and into the goal. The goalkeeper, assuming that the ball had gone beyond the goalline, started to move towards the goalpost, without noticing the change in the ball’s path. The player who scored the goal simply turned away, only realizing that he had scored a goal when his teammates told him. Such incidents become part of football folklore forever.
