“Dedenovskaya SOSH – champion!” The school’s golf tournament set a record for attendance. In Moscow Oblast, the tenth edition of the “League of Future Champions” tournament concluded. This tournament has become the main venue for young athletes to compete. This season, the tournament set an absolute attendance record: 19 school teams participated in the competition. Students from the second to seventh grades were allowed to compete, which shows how much interest there is in golf among younger generations. Alongside the main competition, there was also a special mini-tournament for participants in the “Active Longevity” program. This event demonstrated the versatility of this sport.

There’s still more to be done in terms of infrastructure. By the end of this year, at least two schools in the region will have professional golf facilities. Dedenovskaya SOSH won the championship. Its students demonstrated excellent skills and determination during the decisive rounds. Such projects help to address strategic issues. They not only award prizes, but also help to develop a healthy sports culture, teaching children discipline and analytical thinking from a young age.
