The trade involving Galchenko: Spartak gives up young players to Amur to strengthen their attacking line.
Moskva’s Spartak and Khabarovsk’s Amur have officially completed the deal. As part of this deal, the red-and-white team received financial compensation in exchange for sending four players from their own system to Amur. Forward Maksim Krovyakov will join Amur on a one-year lease. Experts believe that this transfer is part of a financial and staffing arrangement to complete the deal.
Among the players who left, Fyodor Khrapov stands out. He had a successful first season at the senior level in the VHL. He played most of the season for Novokuznetsk’s Metallurg. However, for Spartak, this loss isn’t a major issue. Spartak’s academy and farm teams are full of talented young players who are ready to compete for a place in the team. The club has gained valuable resources by acquiring a top-tier player.
Amur, on the other hand, continues to follow its chosen strategy: the club is actively accumulating assets and aiming to reduce the average age of its players. Given the complex logistics in the Far East, high salaries, and fierce competition for players, this strategy seems to be the only way to achieve long-term development. Both sides have gained what they wanted: Spartak has a stronger attacking line, while Amur has valuable resources and time to build a strong team for the future.
