Triumph on the track: the best biathletes of Russia for the season 2025/26 have been named. A solemn ceremony was held in Moscow to honor the best biathletes of Russia for the season 2025/26. Kariem Khalili and Natalia Shevchenko were named as the top performers of the season.

Kariem Khalili confirmed his status as an elite shooter. He was a bronze medalist at the Olympics in Beijing, and also won prestigious awards such as the Rescovy Cup and the overall championship of the Russian Cup. Natalia Shevchenko also demonstrated remarkable consistency, becoming multiple national champions and winning both domestic competitions.

In the rankings of the Commonwealth Cup, Khalili finished in 4th place, while Shevchenko came in 2nd place.

Special attention was given to the transition between generations. Yulia Kovalenko and Saveli Konovalov were named as the best young athletes of the season.

For their excellent discipline and participation in all competitions of the season, Kirill Bazhin and Yulia Kovalenko received special awards.

The Privalov Cup, awarded for winning individual competitions at the Russian Championships, went to Eduard Latypov and Victoria Slyvko.

The season has officially come to an end, but the Russian biathlon team is already looking forward to the next season. There will be new competitions and the opportunity to break records!
