Romanian Triumph: Andreeva and Schneider made it to the final of the doubles tournament!
The Russian duo demonstrated excellent tactics and composure on the clay courts in Rome. Andreeva and Schneider didn’t give any chance to the experienced Hancer and Pégula. They easily won the match in two games. Interestingly, even the forced break didn’t disrupt our athletes’ focus. After the match resumed, they continued to press hard, bringing the match to a decisive conclusion.
In the final match, the Russian women will face the Spanish-American pair of Buksha/Melikar-Martinez. Both pairs are at their best, so we can expect a thrilling final with high levels of tension. We wish Andreeva and Schneider maximum concentration and victory!
